What makes Korean skincare so popular and effective?
Korean skincare focuses on gentle, science-backed ingredients, innovative formulations, and a multi-step approach to deeply hydrate, protect, and nourish the skin. Unlike Western skincare, it emphasizes prevention over correction, leading to long-term skin health.
How do I choose the right products for my skin type?
Start by identifying your skin type (oily, dry, combination, or sensitive) and any specific concerns like acne, redness, or fine lines. Filter our product catalogue by skin type or skin concern located under "face" in the menu bar, in order to find products tailored to your needs. If you're unsure, start with gentle, hydrating formulas and introduce new products one at a time.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Korean skincare is generally formulated with gentle, soothing ingredients, making it a great choice for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test first. Products suitable for sensitive skin are clearly tagged and can be found using our skin type and skin concern filters in the menu bar under "Face".
What is the shelf life of your skincare products?
Sealed products generally have a shelf life of around 3 years from the manufacturing date. Once opened, they should be used within 6 months to 1 year, except for vitamin C products, which should be used within 3 months as they oxidize with exposure to air.
For Meisani and Ondo Beauty 36.5, the packaging includes batch numbers instead of manufacturing dates. If you have any questions about expiration dates, feel free to contact us!
How should I store my products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain their effectiveness. Some items, like vitamin C serums, may last longer if kept in the fridge. Products specially formulated to withstand hotter climates will have this noted in the product description. Always keep lids tightly closed to prevent contamination and oxidation.
How long will it take to see results?
Results depend on the product and your skin type. Hydration and soothing products can show effects immediately, while brightening and exfoliating treatments may take a few weeks. For concerns like fine lines or hyperpigmentation, consistent use for at least 4–8 weeks is usually needed. Patience and consistency are key!

Where do you ship to?
At the moment we are only shipping within Switzerland.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs 7.50 CHF for Economy (B-Post) and 9.50 CHF for Priority (A-Post). Orders over 50 CHF qualify for free shipping. See more information on our shipping page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders above 50chf are shipped for free (Economy B-Post).
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please accept our most sincere apologies. Mistakes happen and though we package orders with great care, we can't control what takes place while in transit. Please take a picture of the product and email it to us at hello@sinless-skincare.ch. We will fix it.

Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
Please send an email right away to hello@sinless-skincare.ch, and if we haven't shipped your order we can apply any changes or cancel it for you. However, once an order has already been shipped, it is not possible to change or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (including American Express and Discover), Post Finance, Twint, and PayPal
Can I pay by bank transfer?
If this is the only method that works for you, please contact us at hello@sinless-skincare.ch and we will create a custom invoice with IBAN information. Your order will be sent upon receipt of the payment.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
You will see a space to enter this code when you start the check-out process. Make sure you click "Apply" and you see the price change before proceeding.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Please refer to our Refund Policy.
Who pays for the return shipping?
In the case we are at fault (incorrect product sent), we will cover the return shipping. If you decide you simply do not want the product, we can only refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping.
Will I get refund or store credit?
You will always receive a refund. However, we’d be delighted if you chose to shop with us again in the future! 😊
