Using spatula, scoop a small amount of balm and let it melt on your fingertips for a few seconds. Gently massage balm onto dry face until it has broken down all of your makeup. For waterproof makeup, it's recommended to use in conjunction with a face cloth or cotton pad. Lastly, rinse face with warm water.
